My entrance into modding
---------------------------
Jazz Jackrabbit 2 was one of the first video games I played, and became my first favourite. Its stylized, varied design, expansive creation tools (in the form of JCS) and the ever helpful Jazz2Online (https://www.jazz2online.com/) community urged me during my elementary school years to try myself at creation.
2007 ---------------------------
Familiarizing myself with the 2D perspective, and tile-based building, I was able to create a fair number of standalone levels ranging from lush outside environments (Hungarian Jungle, SmallTown), to dark/inside areas (Transilvania, Psych Clone). I studied the basics of MS paint and palettes, sprites, animation, and sound editing. The pinnacle of this learning process was making my own Super Mario "tileset" with its own set of masking in Paint Shop Pro 8 (upon recommendation), which had the capabilities regular Paint lacked. I used various aliases at this time such as: Rauljazz, Typhoon Bunny.
2011 ---------------------------
After learning the 3D perspective next on other engines, I briefly returned and managed to release a new set of levels with more complex structure than before, proper tile usage with next to no errors, and more balanced objects placement and gameplay.
This produced Hillside and Stronghold, under a more "settled" alias GreenTechB, which housed other works of mine in this period.
2012---------------------------
The 3D world of other games had such a pull on me that I decided to retire 2D creation for the time being. I released a project I later titled the "RabbidFire Dimension", that contained the rest of my unreleased levels in a campaign format, alongside previously released content, all in one package.

2018----------------------------
My Unity thesis game alpha was titled "RabbidFire" in honor of the jazz2 game and my old creations on it, and shared many of its core gameplay values with these.

2025----------------------------
After a long hiatus I decided to return and even further connect and enchance the quality of these old levels with the release of the Jazz 2 Resurrection project by DeathKiller (https://deat.tk/jazz2/). With his permission I showcased my own works in this (perfectly compatible) enchanced format, while reporting bugs in the process to support a coming new age of Jazz Creation Station works.
